We are looking for a tool that can be adapted to very specific needs (including those outside the typical CRM functionality).

Definitely yes. We need a comprehensive, integrated platform consisting of many different classes of software for business (CRM, Customer Service, Marketing Automation). We are aware of how important it is for the positive Customer Experience effect.

14. Would you undertake the development of the software yourself if an intuitive solution was provided for this purpose?

Yes, and with no problem at all. We employ people who are fluent in Business Process Management and will be able to take on such a task.
